I am a Transitional Coach, Mentor, and Trainer, passionate about exploring different aspects of human nature. With cross-cultural experience and a background working with global companies, I support leaders in transition processes, helping them reach their highest potential and smoothly transition to their next career level.
As a Master Certified Coach (MCC), I served on the Executive Board of ICF Germany in 2020/2021. I hold a Ph.D. in economics and bring over 12 years of work experience across several industries, including automotive, real estate, tourism, construction & architecture, and fitness, as well as in education and academia.
